Refund and Return Policy

Return for any reason within 15 days of delivery if the product is in brand new condition with original packaging and all included items.

GBALIS.COM offers a superior return policy compared to most other marketplaces, allowing a “15-day return” instead of the typical “10-day exchange.” See details below:

KEY FEATURES

  1. Activate your warranty within 24 hours of purchase by sending your NAME, ORDER NO, and PRODUCT NAME on Whatsapp. You’ll receive a warranty card or unique number for your 1-year warranty.
  2. You have 15 days to return the product from the date of receipt.
  3. To be eligible for replacement or refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging as received.
  4. Replacement or refund will be initiated upon receiving the product back at the facility. Your refund will be transferred within 3 to 5 business days as per banking and payment norms.

Missing/Damaged Fee

For products returned with the following conditions, a 15% missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refunded amount:

  • Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents
  • Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
  • Missing box items like owner’s manual etc.
  • Damage or dents incurred during return shipping
  • Tampered/Missing barcode from the product

Refunds won’t be processed for products with more significant damage or missing significant accessories like connector cables or DC power supplies.

Return Policy Exceptions

  • Products received with physical damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
  • Products received with missing accessories should be reported within 5 days of delivery. Claims post this period won’t be honored.
  • We don’t accept returns for items like wind instruments (Mouth organ, Harmonicas, Kazoo, Flutes, etc.), products with manufacturer seal, registered products (Audio Interfaces, Midi Keyboards), Gift Cards and Vouchers, Acoustic Drum Kits and Drum heads, and products damaged due to voltage issues.

Return Shipping

Unless you received a damaged or defective product or a different product than ordered, you’re responsible for shipping the product back to our facility near Mumbai.

Return Process

For non-satisfaction returns (other than defective/damaged or wrong product), you can choose to return the product SENT BY ANY COURIER SERVICE for a nominal fee (Minimum Rs.150) depending on product weight. This fee will be deducted from your final refund.

Note: Refunds for “Non satisfaction” where the customer paid an incremental shipping charge won’t include the charge.

If you want to return a product, submit the Contact Us form or call us at +91-8060-600-800. All returns must be authorized, and the return shipment must be mailed within the return window.

The refund will be initiated only after receiving the package at our facility. The refunded amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within 3 to 5 business days of receipt.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order you’ve recently placed, submit the Contact Us form or call us at +91-80-60-600-800 with your mobile and order id. If the shipment hasn’t left our facility, you’ll receive a full refund within 3 to 5 business days. If your order has left our facility, you’ll receive a full refund, less the onward shipping fee to your destination, within 3 to 5 business days of the shipment being returned to us.
